Job Summary
Pastor of Worship Ministries leads Cornerstone Church’s worship and tech teams, coordinating with Student Ministries and providing general pastoral support. Responsibilities include planning and executing weekly worship services and rehearsals, leading Sunday worship and other service segments, officiating weddings/funerals/baptisms as needed, recruiting and developing worship volunteers, overseeing band, vocalists, and tech teams, managing budgets for Worship and Tech, and collaborating with programming and pastoral staff to foster spiritual growth and mission-driven worship. The role requires Biblical leadership, 4+ years in corporate worship leadership (in-house and livestream), experience leading a team of 10+ volunteers, and proficiency with Planning Center, ProPresenter, Ableton, Playback/Multi-tracks, Logic Pro, and Microsoft Office. Education: Biblical Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).},
Required Qualifications
- Biblical Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- Demonstrated 4+ years of experience leading corporate worship for in-house and livestream settings
- Demonstrated experience leading a team of 10+ volunteers
- Proficiency in Planning Center, ProPresenter, Ableton, Playback/Multi-tracks, click track, and Logic Pro
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong directing skills and experience in worship team development
- Proficient in leading from a melody instrument (piano, keyboard, or guitar) and strong vocal skills
- Ability to create and articulate multi-part vocal and instrumental arrangements
- Demonstrated spiritual maturity and leadership alignment with Biblical values
- Capacity to minister to God’s people through contemporary musical styles and creative arts
