Job Summary
Plan services with the Worship Team, run rehearsals, and learn new songs to create a vibrant worship environment for all ages. Shepherd, lead, disciple, train, and equip volunteers while scheduling them for duties. Fulfill pastoral roles including weddings and funerals. Come alongside the Southwest Campus team and church family by assisting in developing a culture that supports the Vision/Mission and Strategies of Southeast Christian Church.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in leading worship (minimum of 3 years)
- Ordained Minister of the Gospel
- Engaged member of Southeast Christian Church, or willing to become one
- Agree with the Statement of Faith, submit to the leadership established by the church, and lives out our church Mantras in tangible ways
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Ministry from a Bible College is preferred but not required
- Pastor / Shepherd at Heart
- Strong communication skills
- Musical skills and lead vocal ability
- Proven volunteer recruitment and training skills
- Desire to work with people
- Strong work ethic and is a team player/collaborator
