Worship Leader

Lead worship services and worship engagements, schedule weekend services and special events, collaborate with the worship team to plan services, coordinate and direct band members and vocalists, produce worship services and engagements, implement and oversee AVL systems, uphold production guidelines, evaluate and repair technical systems, manage post-service audio and video, train and assimilate new team members, communicate with the team on weekly service flow and post-weekend debriefs, manage the worship calendar, and develop team members; requires leadership, musicality, creativity in content, and effective time management to execute high-impact worship experiences.
