Job Summary
Lead weekend and youth services, coordinate worship experiences, and schedule musicians and songs at least one week in advance. Work with the Campus Pastor and Production Lead to aggregate service information, finalize formats, and run rehearsals to ensure excellence. Provide oversight on sound, video, and lighting elements, prepare chord charts, and create Ableton sets with the drummer or music director. Participate in weekly staff and service planning meetings, meet one-on-one with the Campus Pastor, and actively recruit and train musicians. Assist with church-wide events, outside opportunities, and song-writing projects as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Basic proficiencies in Ableton and music production
- Proficient in chording, charting and number system
- Proficient in G-Suite
- Proficient at Planning Center Online
- Any combination of education and training which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities as described
- Successful candidate should have at least 2 years related experience
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred candidates hold ministerial credentials or are actively pursuing credentials
- Greater emphasis given to candidates with or pursuing credentials with the Assemblies of God
