Job Summary
Lead and develop the campus worship and production team to create dynamic weekend worship experiences consistent with Seacoast Worship's mission. Oversee AVL/production areas, program Ableton and ProPresenter, manage lighting cues and digital audio console operations, and coordinate planning and rehearsals. Lead weekend services, First Wednesday services, and special events; recruit and mentor volunteers; run weekly team meetings; ensure set design, stage arrangement, and seamless transitions. Requires at least 2 years of relevant worship leadership experience, strong musical/vocal talent, public speaking ability, and a clear calling to create authentic worship experiences.

- Able to lead worship from an instrument
- At least 2 years of relevant experience leading a worship team
- Exceptional musical/vocal talent
- Comfortable with public speaking
- Able to engage in healthy conflict and initiate hard conversations
- Demonstrates spiritual gift to serve others in team environment
- Ability to recruit, lead, and train musicians, worship leaders, production volunteers, and vocalists
- A critical ear and the ability to both give and receive constructive feedback
