Job Summary
Develop worship services that encourage people to encounter God's presence and cultivate a culture of heartfelt, invitational worship. Lead the congregation and music/media teams to grow in their relationship with Jesus through prayerful song selection and creative vision. Provide oversight for technical ministries including sound, video, lighting, ProPresenter, and Planning Center while partnering with Children and Student Ministries to develop future worship leaders. Mentor volunteer worship teams, teach scripture into worship elements, and serve in other areas as directed by the Lead Pastor. Attend staff, Board of Ministries, and Elders meetings regularly. This full-time role supports the church's expanding ministry groups and aligns with the Christian and Missionary Alliance's mission to reach lost people through true and intimate worship.

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university
- Masters degree from an accredited college/university
- Concentration in a field of Pastoral, Worship, or Music
- Demonstrated proven ministry experience relevant to the position
- Musical proficiency in instrument(s) of your choice
- A desire to pursue additional training, personal development, and/or licensing in ministry
