Job Summary
Lead worship during weekend services and special events, planning sets with the Campus Pastor and Central Worship Team while directing rehearsals to cultivate spiritual and musical excellence. Recruit, train, and develop worship leaders, musicians, and Dream Team members, investing in COTK College students and building healthy volunteer teams. Collaborate with campus pastors and ministry leaders to support worship for COTK Kids, COTK Youth, and other campus ministries, implementing church-wide initiatives and maintaining alignment with the organization's vision and values.
Required Qualifications
- A growing, authentic relationship with Jesus Christ
- Experience leading worship in a church setting
- Strong vocal and musical ability
- Working knowledge of live audio, video, or streaming environments
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong organizational and planning abilities
- A teachable spirit with a heart to serve and develop others
