Job Summary
The WW Category Finance Analyst will support the Portfolio Management, Advanced Analytics, and Process Re-engineering for the Enterprise business. Responsibilities include providing financial guidance across planning cycles (Budget, Quota, Outlook, LTP), modeling scenarios to enhance visibility and decision-making, transitioning offline Excel processes to scalable automated solutions using Anaplan and Power BI, maintaining financial visibility over the portfolio and NPI, translating portfolio insights into actionable finance recommendations to optimize mix and margin, delivering analytics at market/platform/SKU levels, supporting pricing decisions linked to portfolio strategy, and representing the business unit in cross-regional/planning forums. The role also involves mentoring lower-level employees, leading large cross-functional initiatives, and acting as a functional manager shaping strategy and policy. Preferred education and certifications include a four-year/graduate degree in relevant fields and CPA/CFA credentials. The role requires strong automation, data analysis, KPI tracking, SAP proficiency, and effective cross-org collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence
- Typically has 10+ years of work experience in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or related field
