Job Summary
The Worldmark by Wyndham Sales Representative role is an on-site position in Sandy, Utah, within Travel + Leisure Co.’s Vacation ownership sales environment. You will conduct Zoom presentations to owners, build rapport with prospective and current owners, articulate the benefits of traveling with Travel and Leisure, and drive sales through closing techniques using prequalified leads provided by the company. No cold calling; advanced sales training and a compensation plan that combines hourly pay with commission and performance-based incentives. The role emphasizes a professional, sales-minded posture, strong communication and objection-handling skills, and the ability to achieve sales goals in a fast-paced call-center-like setting.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of previous commission based sales experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to work in a goal and performance based environment
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to overcome objections
- Must possess or be willing to obtain a valid Timeshare Agent License
