World Language / French Teacher responsible for creating and implementing curriculum in Ethos online learning environments, including helping students excel at AP Exams. Maintain regular synchronous sessions (minimum ten per semester, 45–60 minutes each), facilitate and grade assignments within 24–72 hours, enter final course grades after consultation, maintain regular contact with students and families (3+ times per week), manage student behavior to ensure engagement, identify unique student needs and collaborate with teammates to address them, alert supervisors about drops in grades or engagement, participate in required job-embedded professional development, and support Ethos' faith-based mission. Must create curricula that meet state/national/College Board and Ethos requirements and work with other educators to align curriculum. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, and ability to embrace innovation in online education are essential.
