Job Summary
Review, track, and update curriculum maps for educational program objectives, competency, content, and assessment alignment. Enter and maintain accurate data in curriculum management systems and cross-reference course content in Canvas with learning objectives to support keyword tagging. Collaborate with faculty to gather curriculum information, help prepare materials for subcommittee meetings, and conduct research on USMLE content expectations and LCME accreditation standards. Perform administrative tasks including organizing files, tracking changes, and generating reports while submitting timely time logs per Federal Work-Study requirements. This detail-oriented work supports the Office of Medical Education's ongoing development of the MD curriculum program.
Required Qualifications
- currently enrolled student at Albert Einstein College of Medicine
- eligible for Federal Work-Study funding as determined by the Office of Student Financial Services
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
