Workstation Technician

Maintain and repair computer workstations, perform hardware diagnostics, and replace faulty components to ensure system reliability. Execute routine cleaning and preventative maintenance on desktops and laptops, troubleshoot software issues, and manage inventory of spare parts. Respond to user tickets regarding hardware failures and provide basic technical support to internal teams. This role supports the IT infrastructure team at the employer's location, requiring full-time on-site availability.
