Job Summary
Resolve hardware and software problems for the Distribution Services department, including installing desktops, printers, and video conferencing equipment. Prioritize printer and system issues interrupting fulfillment operations, maintaining current software images and updating the central inventory database. Document workstation procedures, train end users on new desktops, and set up video conferences as requested. Escalate complex issues to the Site Network Systems Manager while training staff on new resolutions. This second-shift role (2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.) supports the Distribution Department at Connection. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Required Qualifications
- Intermediate and Tier 1 desktop computer repair, configuration, and networking
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills to include creating presentations, creating documents in Word and creating spreadsheets in Excel
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
- This is a second-shift position, with hours from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
