Workstation Support

Install, change, and repair minor problems of personal computer hardware and software systems while providing technical assistance and training to system users. Diagnose system hardware, software, and operator problems to recommend or perform remedial actions based on knowledge of system operation. Answer client inquiries concerning systems operation and move IT equipment around in a facility or from a vehicle to a facility. Requires excellent working knowledge of personal computers and peripherals. Wear ASTM F2413 safety rated boots and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Travel via your own vehicle to other sites, with reimbursement based on standard mileage rate for locations outside the main Operations Center. Onsite required; duration is 2+ years.
