Job Summary
Workstation Support Analyst responsible for configuring, installing, and maintaining desktop software and hardware; provides technical support and guidance to IT users. Duties include monitoring/handling dispatch system and incoming tickets, troubleshooting, configuring and maintaining workstation software/hardware, ensuring data backups and software licensing, adhering to security configurations, documenting configurations, supporting other departments, and performing administrative tasks such as reporting and inventory tracking. Skills include end-user computing consultations, on-the-spot training, OS imaging concepts, and recommending hardware/software to meet business needs. Onsite environment with access to Teams, Office, and Windows; C2 clearance eligibility may be required; Interviews may be remote or onsite.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other job-related field. or 2 years of job related work experience.
- 2 years of technical operations support experience.
- A+ Certification
