Job Summary
Manage and administer the Workspace ONE environment, including user access, device management, and application deployment. Configure security policies, enforce compliance measures, and troubleshoot connectivity, performance, and application installation issues across iOS, Android, and Windows devices. Replicate customer environments to identify root causes, collect X-code and ADB logs, and escalate product limitations to VMware. Push scripts, manage Volume Purchase Program requests, and supervise devices using Apple Configurator and DEP. Create customized reports on system health and security compliance for senior management.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Mobile Device Management technology
- strong technical background
- hands-on experience on Worksapce ONE platform
- Proven experience as a Workspace One Admin or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Workspace One architecture, configuration, and administration
- Experience with mobile device management (MDM) and endpoint security
- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience with Omnissa Workspace ONE administration or similar enterprise mobility management solutions
- Strong understanding of Mobile Device Management (MDM), Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM), and Unified Endpoint Management (UEM)
- Hands-on experience with iOS, Android, and Windows devices
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, and integration with third-party applications
- Strong understanding of security concepts related to mobile and desktop devices
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- ability to resolve complex device and user issues
- Experience with monitoring and reporting tools
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- very keen in troubleshooting issues
- Ability to reproduce customer environments in order to find root cause of issues
- Workspace ONE certification is a plus
- knowledge of Mac OS is a plus
- Workspace ONE Certification (or similar certification)
- Experience with Intune or other mobile management platforms
- Understanding of cloud technologies and integrations with platforms like AWS or Azure
- Knowledge of Apple DEP (Device Enrollment Program) and Android Zero Touch enrollment
- Familiarity with SCCM, JAMF, or other device management solutions
- Experience with VMware Horizon or other virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) technologies
