Conduct daily guest services covering reception, hospitality, food service, and workplace areas to ensure meeting rooms are clean, tidy, and set up to required specifications. Manage rotating shifts between 7am and 7pm, Monday through Friday, while handling heavy lifting and long periods on your feet. Maintain a proactive, flexible approach to assist the team as needed and identify innovative ways to improve service standards. This role supports Portico's brand-new team at a global consultancy firm, delivering intuitive service with faultless standards and high customer expectations.
