Workspace Experience Coordinator

Welcome and assist visitors, guests, and employees while addressing needs with attentive problem-solving. Serve as the primary contact for facility-related requests, meetings, and events, maintaining high standards for the workplace. Generate and distribute status reports, videos, and planning documents for the Plant Manager, manage their calendar, and organize operations staff meetings. Oversee office supplies, mail delivery, and communication channels, while partnering with HR to implement recognition programs and manage merchandise inventory. Greet and assist interview candidates with assessments and interviews to support internal culture promotion across the Fargo area manufacturing facilities.
