Workspace Experience Associate at Hub Australia will be the friendly face in the clubhouse, handling member/guest inquiries, booking requests, mail, and cafe operations while coordinating and executing workplace events and maintaining supplies. Role emphasizes premium, personalised service, problem solving, and relationship-building with members and external stakeholders. Strong hospitality- and customer-centric mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment are required. RSA and Food Handling Certificate are mandatory. Bonus for making a mean cup of coffee.
