Job Summary
Lead Aftersales Commercial Vehicle workshop operations in Dubai for heavy-duty trucks, driving productivity, FIR compliance, workload planning, and on-time delivery. Oversee warranty repair processes, tools/inventory, and team development while maintaining health, safety, and OEM standards. Requirements include a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering with 10+ years in automotive dealerships and 5+ years in a workshop supervisory role; strong KPI discipline, commercial acumen, and ERP/MS Office proficiency. Collaborate with Aftersales Managers, Service Advisors, and Technicians to maximize uptime and revenue.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience within automotive dealerships
- At least 5 years of experience in a workshop management or supervisory role
- Strong understanding of workshop KPIs (utilization, productivity, efficiency, FIR)
- Strong leadership and people management skills within a workshop environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
