Job Summary
Oversee the repair, overhaul, and maintenance of high-specification rotating equipment (steam turbines, centrifugal compressors, pumps) on the shop floor. Lead and mentor shop floor technicians, manage production schedules, allocate resources, monitor performance, and conduct end-of-year appraisals. Serve as the primary technical liaison between Workshop and Engineering, ensure timely repairs per schedules, and uphold quality and safety standards (HSE, 5S). Maintain documentation and quality records, drive continuous improvement, and maintain a tidy, professional workshop environment to uphold the company’s reputation. Requires strong mechanical expertise, proven supervisory experience, attention to quality records, and a safety-first mindset. Full-time on-site position based at the KEZAD Free Zone, Abu Dhabi.”,
