Job Summary
Repair and maintain Veolia fleet and third-party vehicles to factory standards, performing diagnostics and hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic repairs. Conduct HGV MOT inspections, emergency roadside repairs, and 4-point checks while ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations. Coordinate work allocation, manage contractor communications, and oversee weekly workshop inspections and job card processes. Serve as the first point of contact for technicians, manage shift handovers, and ensure technician productivity exceeds 80%. This role operates on a rolling basis with shifts from 6:30–15:30 or 9:00–18:00, Monday to Friday. City & Guilds or HGV NVQ level 3 vehicle maintenance qualifications are essential.
