Job Summary
Direct the workshop area by allocating workload, tools, and floor space to maximize efficiency and facilitate scheduled repairs. Set clear objectives for daily service operations, assign tasks to team leaders, and monitor adherence to brand quality standards and departmental policies. Manage resources, analyze performance deviations, and cascade monthly targets while overseeing warranty cases and coordinating with body and paint workshops. Recruit, coach, and appraise staff to maintain high morale and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Ensure all vehicles are diagnosed and repaired professionally, verify final control tests, and handle customer inquiries and complaints through the reception area.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree of Mechanical Engineering, or any equivalent degree
- Valid driver's license holder
- 6-8 experience in-service operation in a reputable dealership of which 2 years should be in a Managerial capacity
- Proven experience in conducting tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance
