Workshop Fabricator / On-site Installer

Part of the Install and Fabrication team, you will work both in the workshop and on-site, collaborating with design and production to build innovative set designs and fabricate using techniques such as joinery, welding and CNC routing. You will travel to festivals, events, and activations across the UK to assemble and de-rig exhibition stands, ensuring equipment is ready for departure, solving on-site challenges, and supervising junior team members while upholding health and safety standards. The role emphasizes delivering a quality finish, interpreting technical drawings, and coordinating with suppliers, contractors, and clients to represent Creation professionally.
