Job Summary
Design and manufacture mechanical components. Design and fabricate metal molds and dies according to production requirements. Monitor and supervise daily workshop operations. Coordinate with production and maintenance departments to support manufacturing needs. Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and delivery schedules. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the workshop.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Production & Mechanical Design preferred)
- 0–1 year of experience in designing and manufacturing molds, dies, and mechanical components
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Fluency in Arabic and English
