Workshop Engineer

Workshop Engineer at Linde Material Handling responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of material handling equipment (forklifts, etc.) at depots. Perform routine maintenance checks, diagnose faults, and undertake preventative maintenance on machinery to ensure safety and optimal performance. Role based at a depot with autonomy and teamwork, offering potential for growth through technical grading and training; NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) preferred, full UK driving licence required. 40-hour or 45-hour weeks Monday to Friday with shift premium and OT optional; extensive induction and ongoing training, PPE and tools provided, and a pension scheme available. The role involves servicing Linde forklifts and other equipment, building strong customer service relationships, and contributing to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
