Job Summary
Lead Workshop Controller responsible for overseeing the efficient flow of repair orders through the workshop, serving as the link between Service Advisors and Technicians to maintain productivity, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction while ensuring timely completion of work and adherence to WHS and 5S standards.
Required Qualifications
- Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology (essential)
- Minimum 4 years’ extensive experience in automotive industry
- Strong technical knowledge and diagnostic skills
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and support a team of Technicians
- A valid NSW Drivers Licence
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
