Job Summary
Consult with hearing professionals on strategies for in-office marketing and sales promotion events. Schedule and host Workshop events within providers' practices while working directly with patients for one-on-one product consultations. Collaborate with hearing providers on patient approaches and sales presentations, and attend company and customer seminars to promote the Workshop program. Retain established customers and increase Workshop Consultation growth by supporting patient needs through Starkey technologies and program benefits. Communicate regularly with sales and marketing personnel to align on event execution.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Travel Required: This position requires extensive travel, with up to 90% of the time spent on the road
- Ability to communicate company core values. The Human Touch: Better Today Than Yesterday, Better Tomorrow Than Today
- Excellent communication skills with customer, sales staff and upper management
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
- Audiology degree or state licensure (H.I.S.)
- direct retail and hearing instrument patient sales
- Ideal candidate would hold an AuD or Audiology degree or state dispensing / fitting license
- Prior retail or manufacturer (sales) experience
