Job Summary
Workplace Technology Solution Architect to assist in identifying emerging technologies and oversee technology deployments, maintenance, and support operations within ETSS. Responsible for enforcing centralized standards, collaborating with agency and department teams to drive conceptualization, transformation, and delivery of technology solutions, and maintaining documentation for platforms and services. Key focus areas include device management, configuration, software deployment strategies, endpoint protection, cybersecurity alignment, and risk management. The role entails planning and executing technology transformation projects, developing an enterprise IT product and service catalog, driving automation and modernization, and coordinating with stakeholders to meet client technology needs. Qualifications emphasize a bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, experience in UEM, asset/configuration management, ITIL, zero-trust, enterprise applications, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to develop and enforce standards and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Information Management Systems, or a closely related field such as Business Management or Public Administration; completion of specialized information technology and research training courses; considerable employment in a responsible solution architect position with experience in UEM, asset management, configuration management, compliance/security management, ITIL framework, and zero-trust architecture; experience writing technical procedures and policy documents; experience with enterprise applications and/or departmental applications; ability to supervise and collaborate with teams; strong verbal and written communication skills.
