Job Summary
Own Stockholm's workplace technology end to end, managing onboarding, hardware lifecycle, AV estates, and physical-security infrastructure. Run new-hire onboarding on the ground by staging devices, provisioning accounts, and ensuring day-one setup. Program-manage office buildouts and oversee installers for cameras, access control, and structured cabling to meet acceptance tests. Resolve local requests through the shared service desk while managing technology spend and vendor contracts. This five-days-on-site role requires 6+ years in IT or facilities operations to incubate the site and build the team.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years across IT / workplace technology, AV, or facilities-adjacent technical operations
- Experience running on-site buildouts end to end
- Comfortable owning a site
- Ready to incubate a site
- Ability to start as the sole technologist and build the team as the office grows
- Program manager mindset
- Ability to scope a fit-out
- Ability to keep installers, vendors, and timelines on track
- Ability to own a budget and forecast spend
