Job Summary
Deliver intensive pre and post placement workplace support for early identification of job retention risk, including job shadowing, skill development assistance, induction support, and coaching as requested by employers and participants. Build positive relationships with employers to broker or sustain employment while ensuring performance benchmarks are achieved. Maintain compliance with National Standards for Disability Services, ISO 27001:2022/RFFR accreditation, and all Information Security and Privacy requirements under WHS policies and Deed guidelines. Work across Mt Druitt, Blacktown, and Seven Hills offices with a full unrestricted driver's licence and good driving record, adhering to local labour market knowledge and KPIs.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in disability or employment services
- Ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds specifically persons with a disability, injury or illness
- Possess exceptional communication skills
- Have an understanding of the local labour market, career and training opportunities
- Have experience working to deadlines and/or KPIs
- Possess strong administration skills and IT literacy
- Be willing to provide a satisfactory Criminal Record Check
- Be willing to provide a satisfactory Working with Children Check
- Be eligible to work in Australia
- Have a full unrestricted driver's licence
- Have a good driving record
- Be willing to travel as required
Desired Qualifications
- Preferably hold qualifications in Employment, Community or Disability services or a related/higher level qualification
