Job Summary
Provide Hand & Eyes IT support for regional and global IT teams; deliver 1st and 2nd level end-user support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and local applications; manage IT assets, budgets, and office infrastructure; ensure security, compliance, and reporting; administer O365/Exchange access; deploy OS updates; monitor SLAs; assist in planning upgrades and local hardware/software; train users on TMF applications and procedures; support Azure knowledge base and local office IT services; collaborate with Workplace IT Manager and global projects.
