Support and technical assistance to ensure relevant sales targets are hit while maintaining excellent knowledge of business applications. Evaluate and provide technical support for complex bids, coordinating closely with the RFP team to ensure all responses are accurate, timely, and to a high standard. Work with the Sales Support team to achieve sales targets, keeping up to date with competition and industry trends. Act as the primary liaison between Sales and Product functions to ensure product alignment with market trends and new requirements. Deliver technical training to the global sales team and liaise with Marketing to ensure all sales material meets a highly professional standard.
