Job Summary
Sales Engineer for JPMorgan Chase Workplace Solutions will partner with Field Sales to bridge technical expertise and sales strategy, support RFPs and field sales engagements, deliver demos and proofs of concept, and present core system functionalities (Admin System, Participant Experience, Reporting). Responsibilities include drafting tailored responses, developing and maintaining field sales resources and training, coordinating training for new processes, updating client materials with Marketing, supporting CRM and product release communications, and driving sales process improvements. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance or related field, proven sales engineering or enablement experience, leadership and collaboration skills, strong product and process knowledge, and proficiency with CRM and sales enablement tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field
- Proven experience in sales engineering, sales enablement, or a similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Deep understanding of sales processes and technical product knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and training initiatives
- Experience with proposal development and client presentations
- Proficiency in CRM and sales enablement tools
