Workplace Solutions - Executive Director, Head of Financial Reporting (North America)

Own the North America portfolio for client financial reporting onboarding and ongoing delivery, from scoping through go-live and handover. Establish standards for requirement gathering, solution design, controls, and reconciliation; run governance cadences including intake, weekly portfolio reviews, and retrospectives. Directly manage the U.S. associate team, set role expectations, and forecast capacity to prioritize work across North America demand while leveraging EMEA resources where appropriate. Serve as the senior escalation point for complex client issues and delivery risks, ensuring high-quality reporting under US GAAP, IFRS 2, and local standards. Triage audit controls, tickets, and errors within defined SLAs, drive root-cause analysis, and enforce implementation playbooks and change-control procedures. Partner with Technology to identify system gaps, write requirement specifications, and support UAT through controlled releases. Track delivery metrics weekly and monthly to the Global Head of Financial Reporting, producing data-driven insights and action plans.
