Job Summary
Client Relationship Manager within JPMorgan Workplace Solutions in Tokyo, responsible for managing post-sales relationships with named accounts, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Act as the primary client contact and advocate, collaborate with implementations, operations, and service desk teams, and leverage subject matter experts to help customers optimise value. Develop and maintain strong relationships with multiple clients, build depth with decision makers, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and establish performance measurements while maintaining industry knowledge and network with share plans advisors in the region.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Relationship Management in global companies
- Proactive by nature with ability to serve as trusted adviser
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and listening abilities
- Proven track record of building and nurturing multi-level client relationships
- Ability to lead and motivate, develop clear and creative solutions to complex problems and manage multiple initiatives
