Job Summary
As a Workplace Solutions - Client Administration Specialist, you will manage a portfolio of companies administering employee share plans within a team framework, interact with customers/clients on operational transactions, and execute timely processing of transactions including data management, reconciliation, reporting and problem solving. You will organize and maintain procedural/documentation for client programs, assist in identifying system tools and enhancements, implement projects to enhance operations, and act as a point of contact for Client Accounts while building excellent relations with key business partners and delivering innovative client solutions. The role requires strong communication, numeric/financial analysis, advanced Excel/Word skills, commercial acumen, the ability to prioritise under tight deadlines, and prior client-facing corporate experience. Preferred qualifications include a third level qualification and 2+ years in a similar position.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven numeric, financial analysis, documentation and procedural skills
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word
- Demonstrate commercial acumen with an ability to be innovative & pro-active
- Ability to prioritise and adhere to tight deadlines
- Previous exposure to a client facing role within a corporate environment
