Job Summary
Lead the Workplace Services team to ensure efficient delivery of facilities and support services across the business, coach and develop staff, maintain safe and compliant working environments, manage budgets and SLAs/KPIs, coordinate security and building maintenance, engage with third-party contractors, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of experience in facilities, workplace services, post room team or other fast paced environment
- Two years’ experience of team leading or coaching
- Health, safety and security knowledge
- Experience of working with external third parties - desirable
- General knowledge of postal processes - desirable
- Good PC skills including Excel, Word, SharePoint and internet purchasing - desirable
- Practical understanding of the regulatory environment both data protection and retention standards
- Ability to work independently and part of a team, multi-tasking effectively to ensure deadlines and SLAs achieved
