Job Summary
As Workplace Services Manager, lead the strategy, design, and delivery of modern workplace and collaboration solutions across the enterprise, focusing on Microsoft 365 to ensure secure, scalable, and user-centric services that enhance employee productivity and engagement. Manage a team of workplace engineers, drive global projects and transformations, collaborate with stakeholders and vendors (e.g., Microsoft, Accenture), support M&A collaboration integrations, and partner with IT security to ensure compliance and data protection. The role emphasizes hybrid work delivery, global operations alignment, and continuous improvement of the employee digital experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 5+ years of experience in workplace technology, collaboration platforms, or end-user computing environments
- Minimum 2+ years in a technical lead or team management role
- Strong expertise across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including migrations, integrations, and service optimization
- Experience operating in multinational and matrixed organizations
- Proven track record in leading technical teams and delivering global IT services
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Microsoft 365 & Azure ecosystem (Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams)
- PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Graph
- Experience with M365 migrations (e.g., BitTitan, ShareGate)
- ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred)
- Endpoint management (Intune; JAMF is a plus)
- Automation tools (Power Automate or similar)
- Familiarity with modern workplace tech (Teams Telephony, meeting rooms, etc.)
