Job Summary
Workplace Services Manager responsible for directing and supervising facilities across regional buildings, including planning, budgeting, vendor relations, safety compliance, space utilization, and ongoing operations. Collaborates with HR, IT, and Finance to address workplace needs, manage real estate expenses, and implement programs to improve employee well-being and productivity. Leads safety initiatives, oversees procurement and maintenance of furniture, utilities, security systems, and signage, and ensures adherence to lease terms and local regulations. Must have a Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) and at least four years of facility management experience, plus a valid driver’s license. Some travel between facility locations is required.
Required Qualifications

- Minimum four years prior facility management experience
- Experience with building maintenance, security and safety
- Valid driver's license
