Job Summary
Lead workplace operations and employee-experience services at the HQ office. Responsible for procurement, inventory control, and distribution of office supplies; oversee third-party vendors (cleaning, HVAC, office supplies) and ensure SLA compliance; manage day-to-day building operations including preventative maintenance, work orders, and safety compliance; manage location budgets, forecasts, and reporting; ensure OSHA/fire/life safety compliance and internal workplace policies; serve as site emergency coordinator and co-lead safety training and incident response; maintain business continuity and workplace recovery plans; oversee office moves and space utilization with cross-functional teams; support events and employee engagement; monitor KPIs (employee satisfaction, incident rates, space utilization, vendor performance) and drive data-informed improvements; stay ahead of workplace trends and recommend improvements; require Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years in related roles with 2-4 years leadership experience; facilities management systems proficiency (CAFM, IWMS, visitor management) and strong MS Office skills; executive presence and ability to multi-task independently.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in office administration, management, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of experience in office administration or hospitality management
- 2-4 years of leadership or vendor management experience
- Professional certifications such as PMP, FMP, or other relevant credentials preferred
