Workplace Services Engineer L2 [USA resident living in Portugal]

Manage end-user computing estates by packaging, deploying, and patching desktops, laptops, and virtual desktops to meet SLAs. Execute mass deployments, re-imaging, and OS patch cycles targeting 98% compliance while configuring workstations via SCCM/Intune. Resolve incidents and service requests within runbooks, ensuring full reconciliation before closure and escalating complex cases to L3. Maintain accurate hardware and software inventory in ServiceNow, produce status reports, and enable EUFS providers for domain joins and remote configurations using adapted PowerShell scripts. This role integrates the internal Lisbon-based team, requiring a USA resident currently living in Portugal with 2–4 years of EUC experience and ITIL v4 Foundations certification.
