Job Summary
Workplace Sales Consultant develops and executes sales strategies to meet revenue goals, identifies and pursues new business opportunities, and collaborates with project managers, designers, and operations teams to deliver full-service solutions. The role maintains and grows relationships with decision-makers and industry contacts, manages client expectations throughout the sales and project lifecycle, tracks opportunities and pipeline in a CRM, and attends industry events to generate leads and expand market presence. Requires Bachelors degree or equivalent sales experience, 2+ years of B2B sales experience, strong communication and presentation skills, CRM proficiency, multitasking ability, teamwork, analytical and negotiation capabilities, and a valid driver's license for travel to client sites and events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience
- Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience with a track record of meeting sales goals
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work in a team-oriented environment
- Analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills; understanding of margin/profitability a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for client meetings and travel as needed
