Job Summary
Conduct highly engaging emergency response and safety training sessions on-site at client locations and FSA offices, while also delivering training at public venues. Lead on-site emergency response exercises and travel to various locations within Victoria to support team operations. Develop new training course materials and write training plans for clients across the state. This role requires a current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and demonstrates exceptional delivery and time management skills. The successful candidate will work autonomously within our inclusive team to forever change safety in the world.
Required Qualifications
- Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (Latest TAE with LLN competencies
- Exceptional organisational, delivery and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously
- Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
- A strong safety culture
- A self-starter who is reliable working autonomously across various projects and courses and is able to travel as required
- Travelling if required to locations within your state to assist our team
