Job Summary

Workplace Operations Intern represents ALKU at the reception desk and throughout the Andover office while providing general administrative support to the Workplace Operations team. The ideal candidate is organized, a problem solver, and excited to own office upkeep and daily administrative duties. Core responsibilities include Front Desk Hospitality & Guest Relations (greeting guests, coordinating interview schedules with the Internal Recruiting team, managing the guest calendar, and promoting ALKU culture in the Andover office), Office Maintenance & Inventory Management (keeping kitchens and common areas clean, stocking the Executive Kitchen, restocking office supplies, and maintaining snack provisions and training-center snacks), and Mail, Logistics & Executive Support (handling incoming/outgoing mail, setting up catering and lunch orders for the Executive Team, coordinating weekly bagel orders, and performing additional administrative tasks as needed). Required skills emphasize excellent organizational and time-management abilities, strong verbal and written communication, a personable, self-motivated work style, and outstanding customer service with task ownership. On-site requirements specify presence Monday through Thursday during core hours to maintain front-desk coverage, with Fridays remote-eligible unless operational duties require on-site presence.
