Job Summary
Workplace Operations Intern at ALKU responsible for representing the company at the reception desk and supporting the Workplace Operations team with general administrative duties. Core duties include front desk hospitality, guest relations, coordinating interview schedules with Internal Recruiting, calendar management, office maintenance and inventory (kitchens, snacks, supplies), mail and package handling, coordinating catering and lunch orders for the Executive Team, and supporting special operational projects. Must be highly organized, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment, possess strong verbal and written communication, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain front-desk coverage on-site Monday through Thursday with Fridays remote-eligible.
