Job Summary
Part-time Workplace Mental Health Consultant position focusing on providing mental health consultations and assessments for a multinational Innovative Medicine and MedTech healthcare company, requiring a license to practice psychotherapy in GA and a minimum of 3 years of post-graduate experience.
Required Qualifications
- Unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in GA (Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, etc.)
- Minimum of 3 years of post-graduate experience with at least 1 year experience as an independently licensed clinician
- Training and experience in delivering management consultation, critical incident response, and training presentations
- Comfortable with providing safety planning and intervention during higher risk situations
- Commitment to high-quality documentation of service delivery
- Comfortable with technology and telehealth competent
- Flexibility to travel to multiple sites as needed
- Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships
- Acknowledging and embracing diversity and inclusion
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting employees by promoting and explaining company offerings
- SUD (Substance Use Disorder) training for managers
- Demonstrated corporate and executive presence to engage with R&D leadership
