Job Summary
Office-focused role owning San Francisco HQ operations end-to-end, including office upkeep, mail/parcel handling, vendor relationships, security/access, budget management, safety/compliance, onboarding logistics, space planning, and events support. Collaborates with IT/Security, Facilities, and People & Culture to maintain a welcoming, efficient, and compliant workplace, with a focus on process improvements, sustainability initiatives, and building culture through onsite programs and offsites.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in office management, workplace operations, facilities coordination, or related role
- Experience navigating the requirements of a Union building
- Strong vendor management skills
- Excellent organizational habits and follow-through
- Experience bringing people together and creating space for culture in a rapidly changing environment
- High attention to detail and pride in running a tight, welcoming office
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Calm under pressure, adaptable, proactive problem solver
- Availability to be onsite five days a week in San Francisco HQ
- Availability for events outside normal hours
