Job Summary
Workplace Manager at Cohesity overseeing daily operations, services, and workplace experience for the Cork office. Lead onsite workplace services, facility management, and vendor relationships; manage space planning, MAC projects, safety and compliance, budgeting, and communications. Collaborate with HR, Finance, Security, IT, and building management to deliver a safe, welcoming, and productive environment. Drive events and employee engagement, partner with event planners, and act as the face of workplace operations while ensuring alignment with brand and culture standards. On-site role requiring leadership in vendor performance, contract negotiations, and cross-functional coordination to support a high-growth, global data-security-focused organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Real Estate, Architecture or related fields highly preferred
- 10+ years of experience in facilities management, hospitality, workplace operations
- Proven track record managing large office operations and cross-functional workplace programs
- Strong vendor management and contract negotiation experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to represent the company with professionalism
- Experience crafting clear, concise communications for employees and executives
- Proficiency in workplace technology systems (ServiceNow, Envoy visitor & space management or similar platforms)
- Deep understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements for the region
- Ability to remain calm, proactive, and adaptable in fast-changing or high-pressure environments
