Job Summary
The Workplace Identity Specialist – APAC leads delivery, operation, and improvement of workforce identity and access services across APAC, including managing identity platforms (Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, Active Directory, Google Workspace IAM, Okta), MFA, SSO, and Zero Trust policies; responsible for governance controls (RBAC/ABAC, access reviews, PIM/PAM), incident response, and collaboration with regional InfraOps, End User Services, Security, and Global Engineering to ensure compliant, scalable identity solutions and a reliable user experience in a multi-tenant Modern Workplace environment.
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and Okta
- Experience with Identity Governance, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), and Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- Strong PowerShell scripting skills; automation and API integration (e.g., Microsoft Graph)
- In-depth knowledge of authentication and authorisation standards including MFA, SAML, OAuth, and SCIM
- Ability to design and document low-level identity architecture and integration patterns
- Solid understanding of Windows Server and enterprise identity platforms
- Strong documentation, configuration management, and operational hygiene
